Alantolactone (helenine, helenin, Alant camphor, Inula camphor, Eupatal)，又称土木香内酯或木香腦，来源于植物土木香（科旋覆花属多年生草本植物），是一种天然的桉烷类倍半萜内酯，具有很好的驱虫和抗菌作用。Alantolactone也能抑制STAT3活性，并具有抗肿瘤活性。
