Cetirizine，又称西替利嗪，羟嗪的衍生物，是可口服的H1受体拮抗剂，不易透过血脑屏障，能抑制组胺引起的毛细血管扩张和通透性增加，临床上用于治疗慢性荨麻疹、哮喘等。
