CHPG是一种选择性的mGlu5代谢型谷氨酸受体激动剂(mGluR5激动剂),在BV2小胶质细胞中,CHPG通过TSG-6/NF-κB信号通路减弱SO2诱导的氧化应激和炎症反应。CHPG还可以通过ERK和Akt信号通路预防体内外的创伤性脑损伤,具有调节脊椎动物大脑的多重效应。
