ALLO-2是一种D473H mutant human Smo拮抗剂，能抑制TM3-Gli-Luc细胞中Gi萤光素酶的活性（IC₅₀=6 nM），还能以剂量依赖性的方式抑制髓母细胞瘤细胞增殖。
