OAC2 (OAC-2, OAC 2)是八聚体结合转录因子Oct-4的激活剂，激活Oct-4的基因启动子的表达。OAC2是OAC1的类似物，是胚胎干细胞（ESC）多能性的关键调节剂，通过增加胚胎成纤维细胞诱导多能干细胞(iPSCs)的产生率来提高重编程效率，加快重编程的进程，指导未分化胚胎干细胞的自我更新，调节胚胎干细胞的多能性，对重编程至关重要。
