PD168393 (PD-168393)是EGFR抑制剂（酪氨酸激酶抑制剂）(IC₅₀=0.7 nM)，具有细胞渗透性，可促进由溶酶体功能障碍刺激的恶性周围神经鞘肿瘤细胞的凋亡。紫杉醇与PD168393联合治疗具有协同作用，可提高AIPC细胞的生长抑制效果，诱导细胞凋亡。
