Pemetrexed disodium (LY-231514 disodium)，又称培美曲塞二钠，是一种新型抗叶酸和抗代谢药物，通过破坏细胞内叶酸依赖性的正常代谢过程来抑制细胞生长。Pemetrexed作用于DHFR、TS和GARFT，K_i分别为7.2 nM、1.3 nM和65 nM。培美曲塞常与顺铂联合用于局部晚期或者转移性非鳞状细胞型非小细胞肺癌治疗。
