PJ34 hydrochloride (PJ34 HCl)是PARP抑制剂，作用于PARP1/2的IC₅₀值约为110 nM和86 nM，不具有任何抗氧化活性，比3-AB（典型的PARP抑制剂）的活性强10000倍以上，可以用于研究心血管疾病。
