产品描述
基质金属蛋白酶是一个锌和钙依赖性内肽酶家族，具有降解细胞外基质所有成分的综合能力。MMP-9（明胶酶B）可以降解多种底物，包括明胶、IV型和V型胶原、弹性蛋白和蛋白多糖核心蛋白。当纤维胶原降解其变性明胶形式时，它与间质胶原酶（MMP-1）协同作用，降解纤维胶原。MMP-9由角质形成细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞和PMN白细胞产生。MMP-9存在于大多数炎症反应病例中。

开盖之前，先离心。使用蒸馏水复溶冻干的蛋白质，复溶浓度超过100 μg/mL。建议首次使用时将蛋白分装为每次实验用量，避免反复冻融。
