产品描述
细胞裂解后的蛋白粗提物中含有大量的内源性蛋白酶,这些酶可以降解细胞提取物中的蛋白。因此为了防止蛋白纯化过程中目的蛋白不受蛋白酶的破坏,需要加入蛋白酶抑制剂对其进行活性抑制。
本品是多种常见蛋白酶抑制剂的混合物,包含AEBSF、Aprotinin、Bestatin、E-64、Leupeptin、Pepstatin A多种成分,广谱抑制来源于动植物、细菌、酵母等组织或细胞内的多种蛋白酶,如丝氨酸蛋白酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶、氨肽酶、酸性蛋白酶等。另外,本品不含EDTA(一种金属蛋白酶抑制剂),特别适用于活性中心为金属离子依赖的蛋白。兼容于后续的固定化金属离子亲和层析(Immobilized metal-chelate affinity chromatography, IMAC)、2-D 凝胶电泳以及天然凝胶电泳等蛋白分析实验。
本品为溶于DMSO的溶液,以100×储存液的形式提供,可用于WB,Co-IP,Pull-down assay,IF,IHC,激酶研究等多种分析。

使用方法
使用前将本品取出回温至室温,样品分析前按照1:100(v/v)的比例加入到样品溶液中,混匀即可。
运输和保存方法
冰袋运输。-20℃保存,1年有效。
注意事项
1)本品具有广谱的蛋白酶抑制活性,但是不具有磷酸酶抑制剂活性。若进行磷酸化蛋白的研究,可使用我司的磷酸酶抑制剂混合物(100×)(Cat#20109 & Cat#20110)。
