Bepotastine besilate (TAU 284, TAU284)，又称苯磺酸贝托司汀、苯磺酸贝他斯汀、苯磺酸贝托斯汀或苯磺酸贝他司汀，是可口服的组胺H1受体(histamine H1 receptor)选择性拮抗剂，抗真菌类药物，临床上用于治疗过敏性结膜炎。
