TROP-2,also known as Tumor-Associated Calcium Signaling 2 (TACSTD2), is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein with little or no expression in adult human tissue and overexpression in various malignancies type transmembrane glycoprotein. Because it is a cell surface protein selectively expressed in tumor cells. Therefore, it may serve as a new target and may play a role in regulating the growth of cancer cells.

Source	Recombinant Human TROP2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains His 27 - Thr 274.
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 28.96 kDa. And it migrates as 30-40 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin	<0.1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
