IGF-II R is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that contains a 2,264 aa extracellular region, a 23 aa transmembrane segment segment and a 164 aa cytoplasmic tail. The extracellular region consists of 15 contiguous "binding" repeats of about 150 aa each. This receptor has various functions, including in the intracellular trafficking of lysosomal enzymes, the activation of transforming growth factor beta, and the degradation of insulin-like growth factor 2.

Source	Recombinant Biotinylated Human IGF2R Protein is expressed from Expi293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C terminal. It contains Glu47-Met1508.
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 165 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 165-200 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Endotoxin	< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

The products are shipped with ice pack and can be stored at -20℃ for 1 year.

2-7 days, 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -20 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
