CD73, an ecto-5'-Nucleotidase, is an ectoenzyme expressed by most cell types. The 5'-Nucleotidase activity of CD73 converts extracellular nucleoside‑5'‑monophosphates to nucleosides, with AMP as the preferred substrate. CD73 is one of several enzymes responsible for the production of extracellular adenosine, a signaling molecule that is involved in responses to inflammation and tissue injury. CD73 is a lymphocyte maturation marker that has functions independent of its catalytic activity. These functions include the adhesion of B-cells to follicular dendritic cells and T-cell signaling. CD73 is also a regulator of leukocyte extravasation, a function that requires its 5'-Nucleotidase activity. The native enzyme is a homodimer bound to the cell membrane through a glycosyl phophatidylinositol (GPI) anchor.

内毒素	< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
制剂	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 120mM NaCl (pH 7.5). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
复溶	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

运输与保存方法

冰袋运输。-20℃至-80℃保存，一年有效期。

复溶后，-20 至 -80°C，在未开封状态下保存 3-6 个月。复溶后，2-8°C 保存 2-7 天。

建议第一次使用时分装冻存，避免反复冻融。
