Protionamide是一种口服有效的硫代酰胺类抗菌剂，作为OCT1转运蛋白的底物，其活性代谢物可与NAD+形成共价加合物，从而强效抑制结核分枝杆菌和麻风分枝杆菌的InhA酶，对结核分枝杆菌的MIC值约为0.5 µg/mL，临床用于结核病和麻风病的治疗。
