Calcipotriol，又称卡泊三醇，是维生素D的衍生物，通过与细胞表面VD3受体结合抑制皮肤细胞过度增殖诱导其分化，用于治疗牛皮癣。

使用方法

1、细胞实验（体外实验）

在HL-60细胞中，Calcipotriol (1-1000 nM)表现出了较强的增殖抑制；在MCF-7细胞中，较低剂量的TX与calcipotriol的联用使得G0/G1期的细胞增多，G2/M期的细胞减少。^[2] 

2、动物实验（体内实验）

在基因工程小鼠模型中，Calcipotriol (80 nmol)以TSLP依赖性方式抑制小鼠皮肤癌的发展。^[3]
