Glycyrrhizic acid,又称甘草酸,是甘草中最主要的活性成分,为三萜皂甙,是HMGB1抑制剂,具有抗炎、抗病毒和抗肿瘤活性,临床上已被用于治疗慢性肝炎,也可作为食品的甜味剂。
