Donepezil (Aricept, Donepezilo, E2020 free base)，又称多奈哌齐，是可逆的、非竞争性乙酰胆碱酯酶AChE抑制剂，是哌啶类药物，临床上多用于治疗轻度至中度的阿尔茨海默症。
