Galanthamine hydrobromide (Galantamine hydrobromide, Galanthamine HBr)，又称氢溴酸加兰他敏、氢溴酸加兰它敏或氢溴酸加兰他敏，是竞争性的乙酰胆碱酯酶AChE选择性抑制剂，IC₅₀为0.35 μM，临床上用于用于治疗逆转神经肌肉阻滞、重症肌无力和幼儿脑型麻痹症。
