Palomid 529 (P529, SG 00529, P-529, SG00529)是一种非类固醇类的mTORC1/2复合体抑制剂，促进mTORC1/2复合体解离，抑制Akt和mTOR信号传导。PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路在多种癌症中过度活化，Palomid 529已表现出抑制肿瘤生长、血管生成和血管通透性的作用。
