1.ELISA Data: Immobilized Human LILRB4, hFc Tag at 0.2 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human Anti-LILRB4 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC₅₀ of 9.8 ng/mL determined by ELISA.

2.SPR Data: Human LILRB4, hFc Tag captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind Human APOE, His Tag with an affinity constant of 115.9 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).

内毒素（Endotoxin）

< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.

制剂（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

复溶（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
