The HA tag is derived from the human influenza hemagglutinin corresponding to amino acids 98-106. It has been extensively used as a general epitope tag in expression vectors. This tag facilitates the detection, isolation, and purification of the proteins.

Immunoprecipitation analysis of HA Tag in CHO-K1 lysates transfected with HA tagged p53 using HA Tag antibody. p53 antibody (2002406C4) was used for the western blot analysis.
