白细胞介素-3（Interleukin-3,IL-3）是一种造血生长因子，可促进巨核细胞、粒细胞-巨噬细胞、红系、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和肥大细胞谱系的定向祖细胞的存活、分化和增殖。IL-3由T细胞、肥大细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞产生，可增强血小板生成素、吞噬作用和抗体介导的细胞毒性。其激活单核细胞的能力表明IL-3可能具有额外的免疫调节作用。许多IL-3活性依赖于与其他细胞因子的共同刺激。
重组人IL-3是一种15.0kDa的重组蛋白，含有133个氨基酸残基。本品由大肠杆菌表达，以冻干粉形式提供，高活性、高纯度、低内毒素、无标签。
