Flt3配体是一种调节早期造血细胞增殖的生长因子,其与表达酪氨酸激酶受体Flt3的细胞结合。Flt3配体本身不刺激早期造血细胞的增殖，但与其他CSF和白细胞介素协同诱导生长和分化。与SCF不同，Flt3配体对肥大细胞不发挥活性。Flt3配体的多种异构体已被鉴定，主要的生物活性形式作为跨膜蛋白的细胞外结构域锚定在细胞表面（209 a.a.）。膜结合的同种型可以被蛋白水解裂解以产生具有生物活性的可溶性同种型。
本品重组小鼠Flt3配体以液体形式提供，高活性、高纯度、低内毒素、无标签。
