CD124 is a type I transmembrane protein. It can regulate the production of IgE antibodies by B cells by binding to interleukin-4 and interleukin-13, and promote the differentiation of Th2 cells by binding to interleukin-4. Studies have shown that IL-4/IL-4R signaling pathway not only plays an important role in the immune system, but also IL-4R is overexpressed in many epithelial tumor cells. IL-4/IL-4R signaling pathway plays a strong role in promoting the survival, proliferation, migration and invasion of epithelial tumors.

Source	Recombinant Human IL-4RA Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Met26-His232.
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 25.67 kDa. And it migrates as 25-33 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin	<0.1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
