CD3 is a primary transmembrane protein found on T cells, with four isoforms namely CD3D, CD3E, CD3G and CD3Z, and its CD3D/CD3E, CD3G/CD3E forms heterodimer forms and the α and β strands of TCR form a TCR-CD3 complex. Antigen-presenting cells (APCs)-presented specific MHC peptide complexes can induce T cell activation with TCR-CD3 complexes.

The protein has a predicted MW of 17.9 kDa (CD3E) and 17.9 kDa (CD3G). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-40 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. |

The products are shipped with ice pack and can be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
