国际期刊 | IF20.693!转染试剂助力浙大二院连发2篇《Journal of Medical Virology》

2023年1月的国际高影响力期刊《Journal of Medical Virology》(IF:20.693)上发表的诸多论文中,有2篇特别引人注目,均来自于浙江大学医学院附属第二医院,分别出自肿瘤研究所所长于晓方教授团队与感染性疾病科徐峰研究团队

 

于晓方教授团队发表的题为“SARS‐CoV‐2 ORF3a inhibits cGAS‐STING‐mediated autophagy flux and antiviral function”的研究论文。团队报道了宿主cGAS-STING信号通路介导的非干扰素抗病毒系统与病毒的互作关系。ORF3a是高致病性冠状病毒SARS2和SARS特异性编码的辅助蛋白,研究表明只有SRAS2 ORF3a进化出拮抗cGAS-STING的抗病毒功能,针对ORF3a功能的小分子抑制剂具有抑制病毒复制的功效。该研究成果为设计和研发抗新冠病毒药物提供了潜在新靶点。

 

 

徐峰研究团队发表的题为“FBXO6 regulates the anti-viral immune-responses via mediating alveolar macrophages survival ”的研究论文。研究发现FBXO6蛋白在感染IAV的宿主细胞中表达显著增加。FBXO6通过与NLRX1的相互作用,促进NLRX1的泛素化降解,从而加重IAV诱导的肺泡巨噬细胞凋亡,抑制重要抗病毒因子I型干扰素的产生,导致病毒复制增加。因此,抑制FBXO6可作为宿主抗流感病毒的潜在策略,为抗病毒药物的开发提供理论依据。
