Ramelteon (TAK-375, TAK375)，又称雷美替胺、瑞美替昂、拉米替隆、雷美尔通或瑞美替胺，是可口服的褪黑素受体MT1/MT2激动剂，K_i值分别为14和112 pM，可用于治疗难以入睡型失眠症。
