SU16f (SU 16f )是细胞可渗透的吲哚酮化合物，是有效的PDGFRβ选择性抑制剂，IC₅₀为10 nM。SU16f 作用于PDGFR1/2的IC₅₀分别为140 nM和2.29 μM。
