CP-466722 (CP466722)是一种可逆的ATM抑制剂（IC₅₀=410 nM），可快速抑制IR诱导的ATM激酶活性，抑制小鼠细胞中的p53诱导和ATM依赖性磷酸化，抑制pATM和pKAP1通路，可能增加肿瘤细胞对红外辐射的敏感性。
