N-Acetylcysteine amide,又称N-乙酰半胱氨酸酰胺,一种新型硫醇化合物,是抗氧化剂和神经保护剂,通过调节NF-κB和HIF-1α的激活,降低ROS水平,表现出抗炎活性。N-Acetylcysteine amide能够透过细胞膜和血脑屏障,在神经退化和氧化介导的疾病治疗中具有潜在研究价值。
