RG108 (RG-108, N-Phthalyl-L-tryptophan)，又称N-酞酰-L-色氨酸，是非核苷类似物，是表观遗传调控剂和去甲基化剂，DNA甲基转移酶(DNMTs)的抑制剂，IC₅₀为115 nM，靶向DNA甲基转移酶的催化结构域，促进肿瘤细胞中抑癌基因的去甲基化，但对着丝粒卫星序列的甲基化无作用。
