CD155, also known as PVR (poliovirus receptor) and Necl-5 (nectin-like molecule-5)，whose normal cellular function is in the establishment of intercellular adherens junctions between epithelial cells,is a type I transmembrane single-span glycoprotein of the nectins and nectin-like (Necl) subfamily.

Source	Recombinant Human CD155 Protein is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293) with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains AA Trp 21 - Asn 343.
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of  35.9 kDa. And it migrates as 100-130 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin	<1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Reconstitution	Centrifuge tubes before opening.The concentration of protein solution used for lyophilization is generally 1mg/mL. Dissolve lyophilized protein with sterile water to ensure the concentration is greater than 100 μg/mL.
