非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)是最常见的慢性肝病之一,全球发病率高达25%,是全世界公共健康的一大威胁。其中非酒精性脂肪肝炎(NASH) 可导致肝硬化和肝癌的发生,是终末期肝病和肝移植的主要原因之一。NASH 发病机理复杂,目前尚无有效药物。因此,巨大的市场需求使NASH 新药研发成为全球制药公司追逐的热点。
 

近日,陶亮博士在国际学术期刊Cell Death & Differentiation(IF 10.717)发表题为:RIP1 kinase activity promotes steatohepatitis through mediating cell death and inflflammation in macrophages的研究论文点此查看原文,对NASH/NAFLD治疗药物及其作用靶点进行了总结,为NAFLD 新药研发提供参考。

图1. Hifair® Ⅲ 预混液(Cat NO.11141ES)相对市面同类产品具有更高的逆转录效率。以300ng 293T细胞的总RNA为模板, 使用11141ES、T品牌合成cDNA。取1μL cDNA为模板, 使用Hieff UNICON® Power qPCR 预混液 (Cat NO.11195ES)扩增20个不同GC含量(25-65%)、不同表达丰度的基因。

 

2、线性检测范围广,Total RNA 10pg-5μg

图2. Hifair® Ⅲ SuperMix预混液(Cat NO.11141ES)在宽广的模板范围内均可高效合成cDNA。以10pg-5μg的293T细胞的总RNA为模板,使用11141ES合成cDNA。取1μL cDNA为模板,使用Hieff UNICON® Power qPCR 预混液 (Cat NO.11195ES)扩增PTTG1基因。
