什么是抗菌肽?
抗菌肽,又称抗微生物肽,作为机体天然免疫的重要组成部分,广泛存在于自然界生物体中,是生物体内诱导产生的具有生物活性的小分子多肽。人体内主要产生两大类抗菌肽:Defensin类和Cathelicidin类。Defensin类涵盖多种抗菌肽,但Cathelicidin类只有一种抗菌肽产物——LL-37。
