白介素10（IL-10）是一种免疫抑制细胞因子，由多种哺乳动物细胞类型产生，包括巨噬细胞、单核细胞、T细胞、B细胞和角质形成细胞。IL-10抑制促炎细胞因子如IL-1和TNF-α的表达。与IL-4一样，IL-10增强体液免疫反应并减弱细胞介导的免疫反应。
