R-Spondin（Rspo）蛋白属于Wnt调节剂的Rspo家族。目前，该家族由四个结构相关的分泌配体（Rspo 1-4）组成，所有配体都含有弗林蛋白酶样和凝血酶敏感蛋白结构域。Rspo蛋白可以与卷曲/LRP6受体复合物相互作用，导致细胞内信号蛋白β-catenin的稳定和积累。这种活性有效地激活并增加了β-catenin的后续核信号传导。R-Spondin还可以与G蛋白偶联受体LGR-4和LGR-5结合。Rspo/β-catenin信号传导可以作为转化表型的诱导剂，也可以调节某些干细胞群的增殖和分化。
